What we collect

The on-site form asks for your name, contact details, location, qualification, relevant experience, employment status, availability and an explanation of your experience. LinkedIn profile, expected monthly salary and additional information are optional. A PDF CV is required for the on-site form. If you apply by email, we receive the information and any attachments you send.

How we use it

We use your information to assess your application for this Junior Associate vacancy and to contact you about it. If you join AACC, we also keep your application and CV as part of your employment record. We do not keep applications for other roles. Only the firm owner reviews the applications; no one else at AACC receives form answers or copies from the application mailbox.

Services involved

The website stores on-site application answers in a private Neon Postgres database and PDF CVs in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. A generic email alert is sent using Resend; it contains no application answers or CV. Earlier hiring materials may still link to a closed Typeform page, which no longer accepts applications. If you apply by email, your message is handled by AACC’s email provider. These services may process information outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep unsuccessful Junior Associate applications, including PDF CVs and application emails, for up to 90 days after this vacancy closes, then delete them. If you ask us to delete an application sooner, contact us at the address below.

If you join AACC, we keep your application and CV as part of your employment record during your employment and for three years after it ends. We then delete them, unless a specific legal obligation or an active dispute requires us to keep them longer.
